BE OUR GUEST!
We'd be delighted if you'd join us as our guest! Here's some frequently asked questions before you decide how to RSVP.
WHAT'S THIS SHOW ABOUT?
It's basically a light-hearted etiquette show and about all the things everyone should know that will help make society run more smoothly. We're all in this thing together and everyone has their part to play.
DOES ANYONE ACTUALLY LISTEN TO THIS?
Within our first week, Apple Podcasts selected us as "New & Notable" and, since then, we've been among the most popular shows in the "Society & Culture" category. Click here to see some of our reviews.
If we've asked you to be our guest, it's because we think you're 1) fun and interesting and 2) have some life experience with something we'd love to chat with you about. For example, if you're a flight attendant, who "owns" the armrest in the middle seat? If you'r an actor, when is it OK for a stranger to ask you for selfie? If you're a mayor, what's a local etiquette rule visitors should know about? If you're blind, what are the things people you meet should keep in mind? Basically, no matter who you are or what you do, we'll have plenty to chat about.
I HEARD THERE'S A GAME, TOO?
Yes! It's a game we call "Vent or Repent" and it's totally optional. If you want to play, it takes place at the end of our interview and you basically choose to either "vent" about some negative etiquette experience that's happened to you or you can "repent" for some etiquette faux pas you've personally committed.
HOW LONG WILL THIS TAKE?
We won't need more than 30 minutes of your time.
WHERE DOES THIS GET RECORDED?
Our recording equipment is mobile, so we're delighted to come to you (provided you have a room available that's relatively free of background noise and distractions). You're also welcome to pop by Nick's home in West Chelsea or we can also find another spot anywhere else that's convenient for you, too. You're our guest and we'd like to make this easy for you as possible.
